Deposit must be paid prior to appointment & rest of payment will be accepted in cash or any of the above mentioned payment methods Please keep in mind that house calls will be charged a travel fee, price may vary depending on location. Lip Enhancements: ✨ First-Time Clients: Your first appointment will be a Consultation to: • Review and complete all paperwork 📝 • Answer any questions you may have 💬 • Discuss your overall lip goals 💋 • Review procedure risks ⚠️ • Study your unique lip anatomy 🔍 📌 This consultation is required for ALL new clients and is valid for 1 year — unless you receive filler elsewhere, in which case a new consultation will be required before booking again. ✨ Established Clients: You will simply book for the amount of filler you wish to receive. No consultation is needed. 💡 Pricing: Your first visit will cost more due to the in-depth consult process. Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Notice:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
2. No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be restricted from booking future appointments until No Show Fee is paid in full.
3. Late Arrivals:
We allow a 5-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, and a late fee will apply.
4. Deposits:
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This goes toward your total and is forfeited if you cancel in less than 24 hours or no-show.
5. Emergencies:
We understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if something unexpected occurs — we’re human too!
